Jenny Learner shares how she uses Catalyst Blades and Wedges in an exciting Batik Encaustic technique.

Jenny is a multi-faceted artist, classically trained at the American Academy of Art. For over 30 years Jenny created custom surface treatments and textures for room interiors. Now, she exhibits and teaches from her studio at the Zhou B. Art Center, as well as curates & juries locally and nationally.

Using beeswax and pure pigment as the starting point for many of her techniques, Jenny’s art and alchemy are constantly evolving.
