Princeton Featured Artist
Jamie Dougherty has been creating artwork for more than 15 years. She lives in Southern California with her husband and their two beautiful children. Jamie loves to create a wide range of artistic designs, but she is best known for her female faces. Many are inspired by her daughter, and you can find her features hidden in each of their faces.
Jamie produces custom art pieces and commissions through Jamie Dougherty Designs for customers all over the world. Her designs can also be seen in the arts and crafts industry in the form of stamps, including a signature collection of stamps for Prima Marketing Inc., and creative stencils. Making these items allows her to provide a means of creative expression to those who do not feel confident in their drawing skills.
Jamie also sculpts and creates one-of-a-kind art dolls. She’s been featured in Somerset’s Art Doll Quarterly and also teaches others the techniques she’s developed to create her three-dimensional works of art. Her workshops happen in the United States and abroad.
